All returns or faulty products will have to be discussed with a member of the BMA Fragrances team before returning the goods.Cancellation of order
All cancellation requests must be discussed with the BMA Fragrances team 24 hours before shipping. Cancellation requests will not be accepted after the goods have been shipped to discuss their needs and then can place an order which will be confirmed by BMA Fragrances when the payment has been accepted.
Exchanges
